Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Greenville Downtown, an IHG Hotel

The staff here is amazing, so friendly you felt like family! The rooms are clean & spacious and the location is excellent. Love that we could walk to downtown. The breakfast offered a lot of choices.

This was such a great place and great location to downtown but for a smoke free facility, you shouldn't have to walk through smokers allowed right at the entrance. They need a space off to the side to give smokers. My husband was gagging and the children hate the smell. Bu the staff was lovely and the room is very clean!

We appreciated spending the time with our family. We were in a room on the floor above the front entry & the music plays ALL night long. Greenville was fun.

The location is excellent! We were able to walk to almost every attraction we wanted to visit. I did not like that our bathtub was rusty. I chose that room so I could bathe my child in the bathtub but it wasn't very inviting. The front desk staff was exceptional and super friendly. I also loved (my child did as well) that there were fresh baked cookies in the lobby!

The hotel and staff were just what we needed. We came to Greenville on a family medical emergency on Nov 16 2022, and they came through for us in every way. Special thanks to Becky who made sure we were comfortable and worked double shifts when there were people out sick. What an asset they have in this young lady.

Hotel is close to downtown Main St and easy to walk. The room was large and perfect for 3 kids. It had a microwave, fridge and they even brought in a crib. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

. We traveled to Greenville for the July4 celebration and to just get away over night. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance of the hotel. The kids were able to enjoy the fireworks and festivities as well as take in the zoo, Children's Museum and swim in their down time. There are great local restaurants within a few blocks. We loved Trio's brick oven specialties. Luna Rosa Gelato Cafe was a nice treat. The hotel is undergoing some remodeling right now, so the walls of the room were bare and the decor could be described as "eclectic". However, it was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The pool was clean and cool. The breakfast is the typical fair, but well recieved by my hungry crew. We look forward to taking another overnight trip to Greenville. I would definately recommend the Holiday Inn Express to my friends and family.
