No microwave in rooms and inconvenience to have to walk downstairs to warm baby bottles

The hotel offers a pleasant, tidy ambiance with adequately sized rooms, although the limited closet space could pose an inconvenience, especially for families. Nonetheless, it's a decent choice considering the overall value it provides.

On our first night, the desk clerk was improperly dressed, had her significant other and baby in the lobby and behind the lobby desk. Significant other wore an obscene T-shirt, and was sleeping in the chairs to the right of the lobby. We did not feel secure in the lobby. Went directly to our room and stayed there until morning. On the second day, we requested to speak to the manager on duty at around 9:00 am. Were told "they weren't there and had no idea when they would be in". We explained what had happened but still have no idea if the manager ever got the message.We will NOT be staying at another TRU by Hilton in any state we go in!

Our Tv didn’t work. Maintenance tried to fix it but, couldn’t. Offered to let us move but, the baby was already asleep. We were told we would get something for the inconvenience.

Room amenities were worse than a motel 6. The place was over run with some sort of kids sports team and they TOOK OVER EVERYTHING. lobby full of people with bags of grocery store food eating and partying like it was their own house. same for the outdoor area except they were smoking along with the party. Room was very small, one roll around chair with a "desk" the size of a small folding table. very cheap This was an $80 room not a $140 room. I will avoid this brand in the future

The hotel was great but the traffic that came in and out at night had me watching my back. The internet would not work for me to log into my Netflix account. Also the day of Christmas there was a family of 30 plus that had a party in the lobby so breakfast was loud. But all in all a good stay.
