Everything was great, room, bed, shower, staff. The one thing that bothered me was that breakfast ended at 10 am and we arrived at 9.30 and half of the things were out and they were not refilling anymore. They did refill bread and cream cheese but no oatmeal, no pancakes and my kids really wanted that. I asked but they didn’t bring it. I would have wanted to have an outdoor pool also because the weather was awesome!! Overall it was a good experience.

It was our first stay here and we would definitely stay again next time we are in the area. Everything was conveniently located to the airport and downtown Charleston (having a car was a big help). Breakfast was great and the lobby had a pool table and games and lots of tvs. Would highly recommend for adults and kids.

The ladies at check in were so kind, professional and friendly. This was our second visit here. This property is so convenient to the childrens hospital. We'd stay again in the future.

Was very disappointed that the floors were so dirty that our feet turned black from walking barefoot! Had to wash feet sitting on the bed with a damp washclorh before putting our feet onto the white sheets. Also, for the cost, the room was small, provided no drawer space, and no microwave. Definitely not a room for children or for longer stays.

This is a very nice hotel and so quiet. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff at the front desk and throughout the hotel are so friendly. They take time to say hello and ask the stay is going. The included breakfast is nice and varied. There was a junior basketball team staying at the same and we didn't even know because there wasn't any noise from them. We have stayed at some posh hotels that didn't have this level of quietness. Will stay here again.

Stayed here after waiting too late to book in Mt. Pleasant or closer to city. Decent facilities with good breakfast included. Only surprise was how small the room was. Had staying in a Tru before but maybe in a hc accessible room. No where to open up and store a suitcase, no drawers, no counter space besides one nightstand, so it was pretty tight for family of 4 in one room. Besides this most of the staff was helpful and pleasant with a couple exceptions. Would stay in a Tru again but try to get an accessible room.
