We had a great experience all round! Unfortunately the dryer didn't work for us to dry our towels after 6 kids went for a swim. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Its has very large bathroom and Apollo couch which necessary for my family. We were able to come directly to our room when we arrived after a 7 hour long drive. That was amazing!!

This SpringHill Suites didn’t have the bathroom “split” where there’s one room with the shower and sink and another room with the toilet and another sink. We missed not having that with our family of five. The day staff were professional and lovely and the night staff seemed angry at the guests. lol.

Walked into the room and there was urine stains all over the floor. We could not walk into the room without the smell making us nauseous. We were told we could have spray to overpower the smell but when I said it was unsanitary he said there’s nothing he could do. He moved our family of 5 to a small room with one bed and offered no other options. It was terrible, our 15 and 12 year old slept on the floor due to the pull out only being big enough for our 6 year old.

My family and I were preparing to go on a cruise and stayed at this hotel overnight because it is close to the port. Overall the stay was awesome other than the breakfast hostess kept telling us that breakfast was over while we were conversing at the table. We were excited about the pending cruise and yes we were sitting there in the breakfast area but we were no longer eating and had cleaned up our space. Even still she came to our table 3 times, almost stifling our excitement.

We were amazed at the quiet & cleanliness of this property & will definitely recommend to family & friends. Location! Location! This is our first stay at Springhill Suites & we will be back. This is a keeper! My husband is a Vet & had an appt. at the VA, couldn’t have been any better location. We cant wait to try breakfast this morning!! Thanks to management for a relaxing & enjoyable stay!

The front desk staff (Ashley) was exceptional; warm, friendly and very professional. I had two reservations and she created one seamless experience for me and my family.
