The staff was so accommodating. We arrived from our flight very early and they gave us our room without question. We also asked for late checkout and they were generous with the time they let us stay until. The coffee is good coffee and the staff always said hello and asked if we needed anything. It really felt like family. It was super clean. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. Definitely a great place. And if you stay, go next door to The Boathouse. Great restaurant on the Intercoastal Waterway with a live band.

This property is clean and well maintained inside. At night, there were people yelling and screaming threats and obscenities at each other after midnight and the hotel states they have a quiet time policy between 11pm and 6am that is supposedly strictly enforced. It wasn't. After I was awaken by the screaming, I phoned the front desk but no one answered. Finally the people yelling shut up with the help of someone else who intervened to calm the situation down. In the morning upon check out, I let management know that I had already prepaid for my room, but my bank notified me that morning the hotel had charged me. The manager confirmed I was charged twice and apologized, but stated he could do nothing about it until tomorrow. I then informed him of the rucus the night before and he again apologized for no one being there to answer the phone. I inquired if they had security on the premises only to be informed that no, they have no security, but maintenance is supposed to be walking the floor at night to assist with such disturbances. For a so called upscale establishment, their methods of protecting their guests is shoddy at best. In the interest of my family and self, I will not be staying at this establishment in the future.

Went for a mini family vacation before school started and honestly it was amazing. The staff very nice and professional, very clean hotel, everything was just great. I will for sure be going back again.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. I'm really picky about hotels especially when it comes to traveling with my children, but this hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The photos online don't do it justice! We had an amazing time, I wish we couldve stayed longer.
