Hampton Inn & Suites Greenville Airport

We had a room with a sofa bd, which we needed to use, however there was no bedding provided beyond a sheet. Called down for a blanket and pillow and was told not a problem. After 30 minutes ( with a sleepy child waiting) I called again and was told that I needed to come down to front desk and get it. Would have liked being told that from the beginning, and when I went to pick it up, desk clerk came from behind a partition and he had a mouth full of food !! Not good.

Overall: Employees were very nice to deal with across the board, room was very clean. Breakfast area was very clean and the offerings were normal fare. Hostesses were very friendly and attentive to keeping area neat. But......... After check-in: After a long day of flight delays it was time to shower and go to bed. All I can say is the tub is dangerous, very slippery and seems to be slanted forward. There is a grab bar inside the back wall but none to get in/out. The floor of the tub was so slippery, I had to take baby steps in and out, holding my breath I didn't fall. The bed sheets were NOT enticing; very thinly worn & somewhat yellowed/aged. There was a funky smell akin to stale storage conditions or unclean sheets. Spent some time trying to fall asleep in wonderment of what the answer could be. After awakening, my skin smelled like the sheets, back to the dangerous shower again. The night before we left, my husband actually slipped and slammed his elbow against the wall and grab bar & more than 3 days later it is still sore. Thankfully he didnt smack his head. For simply the reasons listed about the tub...we wont be back. Sadly, we hoped to have this be the special place to stay when we come to SC to visit family. Now, not a chance.

I really appreciate the cleanest of the property The services are excellent, and breakfast was good. One thing I didn't likes was housekeeping it's on demand. Overall my stay was pleasant, Definitely I will come-back and recommend it to friends and families Thanks 😊

Great experience! The only down fall is no air in the halls moving in for a week was the devil in this heat. But overall very very nice the staff was is amazing and the pool was great family came to see me and they was welcomed in. Great 9/10

I travelled with my toddler daughter. Her lovey fell and rolled underneath the bed. Instead of the usual boxed in space beneath the bed, this hampton inn simply had a bed skirt. Looking beneath it to retrieve the lovey, I found food, trash, and so many dust bunnies. None of these things were from our visit. I felt like we need to launder all of our things immediately.

Great for families

We really enjoyed our stay! Wonderful free breakfast! Comfy beds! Clean room! Indoor pool the kids really enjoyed! Awesome staff! We will definitely stay here again!

My family and I was very comfortable and happy with the service we received. Hotel was very clean and presentable. I recommend all family to stay here 😀

Everything from the staff and the room were very nice. My kids and I loved our room and felt very comfortable.

Was a comfortable stay. Sheets & everything were clean, but there was a visible hair or two under the sheet. Might be a good idea to give house keeping some big lent rollers for the beds or something. No big deal tho, slept like a baby.
