Hilton Garden Inn Greenville

My husband and I booked here for a kid free night. Room was spacious, the front desk person was quick and friendly. The Hilton never disappoints for me no matter the state.

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. I called ahead with a few requests like extra towels and wash clothes and to be placed on the 5th floor. I was very pleased with that. The only issue was the refrigerator in the room wasn’t working but it was quickly replaced. The maintenance guy was very professional and quickly completed the replacement. The beds were comfortable. In the pool area we did notice the rail was broken. It lifted up out the concrete which could be very dangerous especially with children or an elderly individual. Although, I was pleased with the service, I was disappointed with the room. When you think of the Hilton, your expectations are high. It had a dreadful look to it. I expected more considering it’s a lil expensive. Last but not least, I’ve stayed at other hotels a lil cheaper, much more beautiful, and breakfast was included.
