Noisy people with dogs barking early and all morning. Tables/desks and night stands were not wiped down in the room. Water pressure was very low and toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Breakfast was terrible. Not enough choices. Some dried up muffins, a few bagels, and cereal. Coffee was ok. Breakfast area was dirty. Too many people to even think about getting close to the waffle maker. Some big obnoxious family reunion going on. Maybe I picked the wrong time to stay but regardless, would not stay again.

The staff was amazingly accommodating and pleasant. Even when there were issues with the system they were able to figure out a workaround and were very professional. The only thing that was lacking a bit was the pool looked like it could have used a bit more chlorine, the water wasn't as clear as many that I have been in, but my kids still had fun. I'd definitely go again!

Worst visit ever..!!! My stay there was basically for hours i was there for in new year visiting family and for me and my family it was the worst hostel we been. Sign in late around 2 am but i booked my stay hours ahead. First the man at front was very disrespectful and very rude telling my reservation was cancelled without even checking. So i checked and it was paid for and in my end it was still reserved. So he was telling me my card didn't went through so i proceeded to ask him why in my bank account is paid for and why i didn’t receive any email saying it was cancelled. He couldn’t answer so he started checking and end up that my reservation was there and paid for but i guess he want to gave a hard time. The worst thing was the room he gave us a room with use towels bed undone food inside the mini refrigerator the room wasnt clean. And yes i did tell that men but he really didn’t cared he didn’t do anything to change us of room.At that point i was tired and it was a couple hours our stay.

This is our first time staying at a hotel with our 15 months old. The room was clean and spacious which was great for our little one to run around. I also loved that our room had a little family area with sofa and foot rest so we weren’t confined to the bed for our stay. The staff was very friendly. They also offer free breakfast with lots to choose from. Overall it was great! This is officially my go to hotel whenever we travel that way again.

Great experience. Everyone has been great. Rooms are clean. Beds comfortable. My family will definitely be back.

This is a beautiful hotel! I wasn’t expecting much but my little kids and I walked in and it was very new and modern and beautiful. The staff was so friendly! I asked for glue the free options for breakfast and they didn’t have much but was willing to go get us something. Top notch service! The pool was on the smaller side but my kids had a blast.

Love the place, tiny and comfy. Perfect for a restful night after a long trip with 2 little ones.

I was recommended this hotel by a family member so I booked my birthday stay here only to have the worst experience ever! 4 days there and neither day was good. The rooms are not cleaned to expectations, woke up to fire alarm only to find out the cook was cooking and not attending the food and burned biscuits wish smoked us out trying to get some breakfast and resulted in fire department arriving. They allow smoking in a non smoking hotel inhale marijuana the entire stay! Noise after the hours of quiet time is from 9-6am supposedly all the lady do is look in her phone when I had complaints it was noisy every night there! Q was the only server that tried to accommodate my stay. 4 day stay not 1 day was good but was happy to leave left before check out!

Incredible customer service. Gyasi greeted my family with a warmth that is too uncommon in customer service. My three year old son loved him and immediately felt at home. All personnel were very accommodating. Super clean hotel. Breakfast was better than most hotels I've been to, with an automatic pancake maker, biscuits and gravy, and infused water. Indoor pool was nice and warm, great on a cold rainy day.
