We had a family emergency and couldn't make our trip. We fully understand that the hotel did not owe us anything for our misfortune. However, the problem is that when we called the hotel to see if they would allow us to reschedule, rather than a simple "no" they told us that it was up to hotels.com, who then told us that it was up to the hotel, who again refused. Long story short, management sent us on an unnecessary wild goose chase at a stressful time, when all they had to do was say "no" and not waste our time.

Hotel was exceptionally clean!! Room was very spacious and they came in every day for fresh towels. We reserved three rooms for family to attend our daughter graduation from Clemson. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating as well! Sometimes I think that the problem is not the staff and hotels but the people checking are!!! We need to be nicer to employees at these hotels because they work long hours.

The hotel was clean and quiet. All the staff was polite and very accommodating. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family if they need a place to stay in the Greenville area. The one disappointing thing was that on the first morning on my stay, there was no apple juice available for breakfast.

I thought they could have presented a much better breakfast. limited choices, I've seen mush better at other hotels. Only sugary children's cereals, no fruits, really small bagels or only white bread. The sausages were not edible to me, they were like leather. However the front deck people were helpful and friendly, the room was fine, no complaints with that.

The property was very clean and the rooms were updated and spacious. There were several dining options within walking distance. We were there for a soccer tournament the kids loved the pool and the breakfast options.

Good hotel, great service and excellent location. The only downside was the kids running down the hallway and the "grab & go" breakfast, which was a granola bar and a fruit (apple or banana)
