Home2 Suites by Hilton Fort Mill, SC

The hotel was very functional having the amenities of the kitchen within the room. The gym space was nice, but lacked any cleaning material within the room for the equipment after use. The pool was nice to use the beginning of the week, but the water quality seemed to change as the week went on making it appear questionable to swim in for small kids. Additionally, it was not communicated at check-in that house keeping needed to be requested. We only had one visit after request during our 5 night stay. I would have appreciated every other day service as stated within the rooms, or known at check-in that this had to be requested. Overall - the experience was good. The breakfast in the morning was very helpful with small children and there were many options. The staff was all exceptionally pleasant and accommodating.

This was a great hotel for our family. We were visiting friends in Rock Hill. The staff was soooo friendly. The area was very nice. The only issue was the overwhelming chemicals from the chlorine from the poor. Our boys couldn't really enjoy.

Absolutely hands down the best family hotel I have ever experienced. Everything you need in one place … will definitely let everyone know

This was the first time we traveled with our pets and Home2 Suites knocked it out of the park! Great hotel in every way. Roomy suites, full amenities and awesome breakfast for on the go families! Including our pets! We will be staying there again on our return trip in March 2024.

It was okay. The place is showing signs of wear and tear. They ran out of forks at the breakfast. The fridge was making super loud and annoying sounds. The walls were thinner than expected. Heard what sounded like a small kid running around through the room throughout the night, with above us or next door.

Well first off I prepaid my stay for 1 night in a double queen room it was a quick trip for my family to scarowins and this specific hotel came highly recommended by my fire Chief I’m a South Carolina fireman and don’t get much time off so when I do I try to do special little trips with my family. This one started out great until we went to check in there was no reservation found and my room ended up being a single king with a pull out couch which we made work. I was told I would hear from a manager I have still yet to hear from over all it is a very nice facility just not sure what happen to my reservation.

I really liked how clean the room always is when we stay here. We are always given complimentary late check out and it’s a fun pool for the kids to swim!

When we arrived our room was not ready, but the manager went and found us a room to switch to. The room was very clean, my kids enjoyed the pool, and breakfast was very good!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They treated us like we were honored family. They were so helpful. Their customer service was top-notch. (Which doesn’t happen often in our traveling experience these days. The sales manager was amazing, while helping us to rent their conference room. She sent pictures of the room and set up chair/table arrangements. They had the chairs and tables already out when we arrived. I highly recommend this great hotel.

I liked that the rooms were spacious. The staff were friendly. I liked that they were pet friendly, and accommodating for my family.
