When I went to check in and out the staff looked unprofessional. The suite had an unpleasant smell when you walked into it. Only had 2 towels and there was hairs in sink and tub in bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Would not recommend this location to friends or family.

The lobby was beautiful, sculptures everywhere, lighting was good. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfy. The pool was great too, it only goes from 3-5 feet which was great for my children who are beginner swimmers.

We switched to this hotel after a very bad experience at another one nearby. At check-in, the lady was very nice and helpful. Every person we came in contact with was friendly. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast every day. Overall it was a pleasant stay for our family for 5 nights.

Nice stay. Hotel is cleaner and newer than similar hotels. Beds were comfortable. Easy late check in with family and dog. Breakfast was enjoyed by the whole family. It is in a good location for our family trips to Florida...we will be back

The maid service is questionable at best. We had 2 queen sized beds, when they came in they only made up one. Our trash cans were not dumped and the garbage just left to sit there. The bathroom wasn't cleaned at all- the only thing different was an ink pen had been left in the sink. When we tried to check out, no one was at the desk. We waited for over 10 minutes- my husband even walked behind the desk and went into the office room to find someone. no one was there. We had to leave early to go to a tournament game for our child so we could not wait. Had to leave the room key cards with a note on the desk. Will be monitoring bank accounts to make sure no unauthorized charges were made.
