We really enjoyed the spacious room for our family of 5! The pull out couch was perfect for the 18yo.. the kitchenette had anything you could need for a comforting stay. Will use this hotel again! It was inviting from the check-in to the check-out! If I had to say anything I disliked would be the alarm clock went off at 6am I guess from a previous customer and we couldn’t get it to stop. So under a towel in the bathroom was fine 😂

We checked in after having to leave another place because it was filthy. This hotel was spotless, easy to stay at, family and dog friendly! We will be staying there again.

We were in town to visit other family and stayed 2 nights. great place great and great location. the staff was super accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back!

Large crack in ceiling room 206. air conditioner wasn't working properly would shut down and show "wait" on the pad. Stayed that way most of the night when it reached 80 it would cool again but it was set at 74.Stair door slamming until 11:30 pm Friday night. Was not a good location for our room. There had to be other rooms available as it didn't appear to be full. Not sure if I would recommend to friends and family.

The room and hotel are very nice and clean. However, we had multiple things happen….we were first given a king room when we booked 2 queen beds. Went down to the desk and they gave us a new room, no biggie. The biggest issue is the new room they gave us belonged to another guest. We were sitting in our room watching a movie and the door opens and another guest comes in with his groceries. He looks at us like we are in the wrong room. We both have the room keys showing the same room number. He had booked the room the night before for 2 nights. When they cleaned the room that afternoon they thought he had checked out when in fact he had not. He had just gone out for a bit but did not tell them he was checking out. Why would he? When they assumed he had checked out they did NOT DEACTIVATE his keys. That’s a huge problem. How can you give 2 different guests keys that are activated to the same room. When he called down to the desk, Lauren answered the phone and tried to make it his fault for his two family members not picking up the other keys. If a room is booked for two nights whether they pick up the keys or not does not mean they are not coming back. And if you are removing them from the room you should deactivate the keys. That is a huge safety issue. No one has called us, came to the room or attempted to get in contact with us about this “mishap” to apologize or anything. Again, this is a nice hotel but verify you are the only guest assigned to the room when checking in.

The room was clean and spacious. Included a kitchen fridge, dishes, coffee pot, microwave, and dishwasher. Could have asked for a skillet for free. Plenty of storage and nice bathroom. We only stayed for one night so we didn’t need most of those things, but it’s a hotel chain I will seek out for future trips. The breakfast offerings were good and included breakfast sandwiches. This was a great find and is perfect for my family.

One night stay while helping a relative relocate to Daniel Island. Needed 3 beds for myself and 2 fellow movers. Great experience -- clean, comfortable, spacious, convenient. Staff were gracious. Will definitely stay again while visiting family. Like a small apartment with kitchen and work desks.
