This was the perfect place to take my daughter for an overnight shopping trip. Very hip and fun vibe, rooms were spacious, pool and bar area a happening place for couples and families.

The location was good. Very accessible to stores and restaurants. However the hotel was not very clean and one of the windows in two different rooms would lock and was accessible to the roof. The front desk person did not see this as a safety issue which was very concerning. Free coffee for only 3 hours on the morning! Overall would not recommend this place to my friends and family.

Horrible experience. Check-in took 40 minutes because they “did not have record” of our booking. The arrogant front desk employee told me I would have to “figure it out and contact hotels.com” although I pulled up a receipt for $800 for 3 nights. After frantically trying to figure out what was going on, I was then told “we were good and that someone had checked us in already and that’s why we weren’t showing up in the system”. I had my wife and 2 children under 7 standing in the hotel lobby for 40 minutes because of an error on the hotel, and to top it off the solution the arrogant front desk employee gave me was “I can’t help you, you’ll have to figure it out”. An individual, who I assume was the general manager, came out and was polite and apologized for the situation and offered a $100 voucher for food and drinks, but at that point I truly wanted nothing to do with this place. The front desk employee should not have any contact with the general public as he hasn’t been trained properly and has a complete disregard for customer service. The hotel is newly remodeled, but in terms of maintaining it, they are utterly failing. The room we were put in was absolutely filthy. There was red vomit all around the toilet and down the sides which I ended up cleaning. I took a rag and ran it around the bathroom floor, it was unacceptably filthy.
