Hampton Inn Hilton Head

The hotel is very nice. However, the walls are paper thin. The guy in the next room had a conversation on the phone and was not speaking loudly. I could hear every word that he was saying. Should somebody be there on a honeymoon, well, you can imagine. When that person would go out of the room, the door would slam, and the mirror in my room would come bouncing off the wall. The toilet tissue holder is in such a place that unless you are a kid, you will be on the “Throne“ side saddle. That’s a quick review. The room was great. Very comfortable. Excellent breakfast the next morning. Pool area looked very nice but I couldn’t get out there, So I can only see how it looked. I was in room 154. You asked about my stay. That about wraps it up. I can’t say that I will be back because of those issues.

I love staying at Hampton Inn’s and this stay was as great as expected so close to the beaches, shopping restaurants etc amazing! Loved it so conveniently located. The breakfast here is so Amazing! Hot breakfast daily w different options of eggs sausages bacon biscuits and with waffles, mini waffles, muffins, bagels, cereal, and oatmeal, juice milk tea/coffee available daily it’s something for everyone the room was so great I loved being on the main floor made everything so much easier w kids the room had a nice size pull out coach as well made it super easy for everyone to be comfortable during our stay everything was very clean and so nice the pool was amazing and very clean as well, the staff was really friendly and easy to talk to, definitely recommend this hotel!!

My family had a great time, but the one negative could have ended my daughter's life. My son in law could not get the phone to work when he was trying to call 911. Luckily he found his cell and got EMS services. She was transported and is well. The phones need to work because of medical emergencies.

I have stayed in Hampton Inn several times a year and for many, many years because our family could always depend on a very nice, clean hotel with excellent staff. This is the first time I can ever remember a Hampton Inn being very below par. The front desk didn’t know what they were doing, when checking out and charged me twice. The property was filthy,especially the carpet. All the pillow cases had not been changed and smelled. The Inn is next door to the airport and it was very loud. The Housekeeping Staff was loud and arguing, with talk of other staff in several areas inside the property, including in the hallway to the right of the dining area. The parking area was suitable and most of the breakfast was good. Extremely disappointed. Will not be back.

I stayed at this Hampton in order to attend a family event, so I was fine not to be on the beach. The rooms are quality and clean, and the breakfast is Hampto-worthy. Staff was very friendly. They accommodated my request for room location and checked to make sure that my room and stay were satisfactory.
