We loved the hotel. We were visiting family so we didnt get to spend much time at the hotel but what we did see was great. Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and fresh. Love that they use organic soap. We definitely are coming back.

Rented a room for the weekend to cover from snow storm Jonas, in case of power outages. Just my 1-month old and myself. They claimed "cribs available". That was a lie. No cribs available. I checked in with stroller, new-born baby and luggage and no one offered to help me. Hotel is nice, has great location but still, price was steep for it. Breakfast was just OK. Quality of food needs to improve.
