Due to airline delays, I arrived sleep deprived & less than coherent. I was treated like a member of a close knit family (I have stayed at the Chads Ford Hampton Inn before). Kyst a great experience all around

We added an extra day to our holiday gathering and stayed here with our adult children. Appreciated the free coffee, hot water, etc. in the lobby. Hot breakfast was reasonable. Hotel was reasonably new and clean. Room was comfortable and well-appointed. Beds were comfortable, but one was squeaky. Not a big deal, but deducted a star for it.

We booked a suite and it was very comfortable. Having the separate living room area (and an additional bathroom/shower) made for a much better stay for our family with two teenagers! We all have different sleep schedules, so the early risers had a place to go turn on a lamp and read while others slept. There were plenty of nice shops and restaurants within a 10-minute drive, too.

It is a very clean and family friendly environment. I love that the breakfast is included and the pool and fitness center is a plus.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property itself seemed clean, however it’s starting to seem run down and in need of updates and TLC. Which starts to give the impression it’s not clean, when in reality, I think the place just needs some renovations. With that said, I know it’s not an upscale hotel, so they can only afford to do so much. I love that the hotel offers a pool, which many decent places don’t seem to offer that in the area, and my kids LOVE it.

We stayed in this hotel last year and my family loved the pool and the hot tub. Unfortunately this year the hot tub was broken. If I had had known, I would have selected a different hotel because we really looked forward to sitting in hr hot tub after being outside in the cold all evening for a holiday event.

Wonderful staff. Our room didn’t have a closet but we liked that it was basically a suite with two separate rooms and two bathrooms. Good for a family or group of friends.

We loved the hotel. Upon checking in the staff were very friendly. The suite was very clean and spacious. Upon entering the pool in the evening there was a large group of kids in the pool , around 10 kids and it was really rowdy you couldn’t hear yourself talk it was so loud. Lots of splashing and shouting going on in the pool didn’t make it a pleasurable. There was no space at all in the pool. Loved the hotel, breakfast, room and staff. Such a pity the pool was so noisy and out of control and no respect given whatsoever to anyone else wanting to use the facilities
