Holiday Inn Express Exton, an IHG Hotel

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is in a shopping mall area so there is lots available right there. Literally - RIGHT THERE. It was quiet at night so we slept well, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was really good - lots of options! We would recommend this site for families, business people, those looking for lots to do close by.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Exton was awesome. Facility was neat and clean. The continental breakfast was good. My baby had a great time at the pool. Will definitely recommend and will stay again!

Property is not impressive. Homeless drug addict going through dirty cigarette butt container at entrance for used butts while my kids watched her. Front desk man had diseased finger nails (all of them) and teeth. He seemed as if he was under the influence of a substance as he was jumpy and twitching all over the place and short tempered. He was unkind as well. Sheets SMELLED so bad as if they were not washed and of other people’s body odor with hair all over them. I would have left but I was desperate to escape a bad home situation at the moment and had already paid on line. It was an awful experience!!! Also, coffee containers were completely EMPTY in the morning. REALLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVERALL. Stay away!!!!

The only reason we picked this was because of the proximity to the place we were visiting. However the room room did not have room darkened blinds and a blinding solar is blinding solar spotlight shined in the room the entire night.. My family and I did not get an ounce of sleep. This was horrible and unnecessary. We were there for only one night and were very unhappy. The breakfast was overrun by students going going to a game and there was hardly any food left and it wasn't replenished nor was there coffee or choices of milk.

I chose this hotel because they advertised an outdoor pool and breakfast. There was no Covid updates on their ad, and were not informed about either amenity closure until we got there. I understand the precautions, but the kids were disappointed that they couldn't swim. That was the reason we went to that hotel as opposed to one that had an indoor pool.
