Front desk people were friendly, rooms were clean, hotel was quiet, bathroom was well stocked- what else can you ask for?? Very close to restaurants and shopping. Not far from colleges, if you need a place to stay while doing a college tour with your kids. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

I called twice before our stay to make sure we had adjoining rooms, as we had a large family staying, was told yes both times, got there and rooms were not adjoining and no accomodations were made. They never got our safe open. We asked to use a room for our get together since rooms were not adjoining and we were told no. There were no plates for breakfast and when we told the attendant he said i know, so we waited then told front desk and when attendant finally got some out he threw them on the counter with an attitude. There was an entire DIRTY outfit in the closet. There was garbage and toys behind the night stand and under the edge of the bed. The elevator door often got stuck and wouldnt close all the way. The pool was freezing and no towels.

Do NOT stay here. There were kids running through the halls and slamming doors from 10:30pm until 2:30am. My family was not able to sleep. Hotel staff wouldn't stop the kids. In the morning the hotel manager was not concerned about the problem and didn't even apologize. He would not refund the cost of the room and refused to have a discussion about the incident. He tried to hide in his office. The pool area is very slippery and unsafe. It was built with the wrong type of floor tiles. My son slipped and fell hard just walking next to the pool. The ceiling in the bathroom was starting to rot.

Got very little sleep as a room full of teenage kids were left by their parents overnight. Nothing was done to manage their misbehavior even after complaining. Their room was within earshot of the front desk. They were hanging out in the hallway at an open air computer desk. They could be heard arguing and coming and going out of the room while they slammed their door. Our room's door lock was askew thus not securing our room's security. Worst accommodations that we have ever experienced! Go elsewhere!!!

My AC wasn’t working properly so i was provided a room with a better AC. I’ve noticed between a few rooms that my family stayed in for a funeral the AC units were different. You should consider making all AC’s / Heat equal across the board.

We love holiday inn express hotels, especially ones with indoor pools for the kids. This hotel had one but was pretty small compared to other hotels in the chain and the paint is peeling on the concrete lining. Also, the tv is not a smart tv in the room which just seems outdated at this point. The people that work here are super friendly and helpful and the breakfast spread was great as well! Quality of rooms is very nice.
