My family and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel was a great experience. We loved the room and the amenities. We will definitely be back.

Breakfast varied from day to day. The rooms were spacious and accommodated large families with multi rooms

Visiting family nearby. Late arrival and check in. Comfortable lobby and upscale breakfast. One of their last rooms that made it handicap accessible in bath. A little too open for comfort but overall lovely

Stayed here for parent's weekend for University of Deleware. Perfect amenities for making dinner & lunch. The free breakfast had a wonderful variety of healthy & kid choices which included hot food. Delish! The bed was very comfortable with comfortable linens. The bathroom & living areas were very clean & practical. Would definitely stay her again. Close to many restaurants & shopping areas.

Grandchildren came for the weekend and I thought it would be a treat for them and a respite for me. They loved it - spent a good bit of time in the pool. They enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the room set-up was perfect. The girls had the bedroom; boys had the pull-put sofa.

We had a family of 6 and we enjoyed it thoroughly... Great clean rooms and great service! Great breakfast and gym too!

I really thought the facility and service were excellent. However I was disappointed the way and result of my request for a late check out was handled. We really did not check into the room until after 11:30 PM, because we were at the family reunion activities. So we did not stay in the room long for we were up at 9 am to go to catholic mass. When I checked in I askesd for a late check out, however the desk staff rep said he could not grant it, call back in the morning after 7. When I did that I was told I could not have a late check out. We were only requesting another hour or so to check out. We only requested it because weplanned to attend church service with the family at 10 am, and we didn't want to have to pack all our belongings up before leaving for church and jeopardize being late etc. any way I must say I was impressed with Nicole, the initial staff represenative I interfaced with. She was delightful to conduct business with, competent and conscientious of our request. We were also impressed with the quality of the facility. We just wished we could of enjoyed it more, especially since we were paying a higher price, than other family members were paying at other hotels that they were staying at with comparable services. Anyway, perhaps you can be a little more lenient on the check out policy especially under certain circumstances. Thank you.
