Best Western Plus Concordville Hotel

I rented a room for my parents who came in town for a family event. The hotel was cooperative and welcoming to my paying for guests and allowing my older parents to simply check in and check out. They felt welcomed, said the room was clean and comfortable and enjoyed their stay. Also an excellent price for the area.

I love to stayed with my family in this Hotel very safe the staff are respectful and cordial!!

We checked in earlier than planned and loved the top floor rooms. They were beautiful, and a good value. We enjoyed the breakfast, location and overall stay. Most of the other guests were middle-aged couples like us. We did see some kids the second day, but no kids the first day. We enjoyed the suites the most.

Check in was a breeze and the staff were very kind and helpful! Loved the fully stocked shoppe. The hotel is beautiful and feels high class. My kiddos loved it. The game room is an awesome bonus! The only thing I could think of that would make it even more perfect would be a hot tub or jacuzzi but there is a pool

Beautiful hotel. Area around the hotel was beautiful also. I was just a little disappointed with the housekeeping. We were there 5 days and never received housekeeping. We were scheduled for housekeeping 3 days into our stay but they came while my family and i were still sleeping. When i asked for them to come at 4pm when we were about to leave for dinner they said it was too late. So we never received housekeeping. I dod clean the room myself and restock towels which was time consuming and frustrating but thats what had to be done. Also our shower was stopped up. I dont know with what but i assume hair from when other people stayed there but i could be wrong. I would stay there again because i liked the atmosphere. The breakfast was not my favorite but that was ok there was shops around the area.

Everything was great, especially the swimming pool. My children loved it. Excellent service and friendly staff.

Great place to stay if visiting Philly or the surrounding area. I will recommend it to my friends and family for sure!!!!

It was a perfect location for meeting family for a Neumann University master degree graduation, and playing golf at Penn Oaks Golf Club.

I took my kids here so we could go swimming and we had a awesome time …there pool closes at 11pm and they have a arcade room for the children aswell

We stay at this hotel everytime we’re in the area to visit family and the hotel never disappoints! Fast checkin/checkout, pleasant staff, clean rooms and good breakfast. Its always a good experience.
