Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Valley Forge

The family staying next door to our room was extremely noisy. Security was very slow responding and putting an end to it.

It was good hotel but when we stayed, there was a sport event so many family with children were there. Children were loud but I understood. Breakfast was good.

There were too many kids running the hallways playing at the elevator every night, Unsafe, Staff told me 2 groups of sports teams. I should of called the hotel directly to reserve my room, not, thru a 3rd party. I would of been told of situation, I felt shamed and a victim! Parents did not correct their children, while at the bar socializing. Out of control. Hotel phone system didn't work. Unable to get room service, too.

We have stayed at this Embassy Suites several times before when visiting family. This time our stay was horrible! The hotel was hosting a professional soccer team from Peru. The team's fans were also at the hotel and they were load (until 2AM most evenings) and unruly as they tried to get autographs from the players. The team had their own security, which were rude to my wife (calling her a profanity when they would let us on the elevator). The night manager and front desk staff had no control over things and were more interested in interacting with the team than attending to other guests. We often felt unsafe as they had the lobby fenced off so fans could get autographs, many of which were unruly. The local police had to be on premise several times. Hilton needs to reassess the competency of this hotel's management as they totally mismanaged the situation with the soccer team and other guests during the week of our stay. We will NOT return.

This was one of the best hotels our family has been to. The only negative is we wished there was a hot tub in addition to the pool, but everything was outstanding.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times now, as it is close to family. We enjoy the spacious rooms and the trails nearby. I do have to say that this time we had a terrible experience with one employee. He was very rude and nasty when I called with a question ahead of time and he hung up on me. His attitude and actions were totally unacceptable and made me consider changing my reservation. That being said, there was a female employee upon check in and check out who was super nice.

The hotel managers , staff , housekeepers and Chef all were very pleasant and very customer focused. They made you feel like you were family. The hotel was also very cleaned. I am definitely coming back again.

Hotel was excellent with large suites. Great for a family with a separate extra bedroom area. Breakfast with a chef cooking egg dishes and pancakes. Bar was great and the lobby communal area was excellent. Quiet with a large TV.

We travel with 3 young kids. The hotel is clean and nice. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast and evening reception are great. Only the pool is a little cold. Overall is very good, we will come back again!

I love the Embassy Suites King of Prussia the manager Scott is a wonderful person. My recent stay wasn’t what I expected. The room was clean but the bedroom door was broken and wouldn’t close as my wife and I attempted to wrap presents on Christmas Eve our 2 children ages 1 and 3 kept waking up as the bedroom wouldn’t lose and the noise kept them awake. The bathroom door was loud as it was missing the latch to lock and the room would not say warm unless the heat was on 80 Degrees which made everyone nose stuffy and poor air quality. I informed the front desk of the door and other issues to ensure the next guest did not have the same issues we endured. Overall the children enjoyed Christmas morning it was an okay stay could had been 10 times better as my previous 3 visits were.
