Absolutely terrible. Front of building outside looks fantastic but the room was like staying in the Addams family house. Tiny window. Dirt/mud from parking lot in grout on bathroom tile floor. Pretentious bottle of water on dresser. No way to control heat.Parking lot was unpaved gravel and muddy- my car got tracked up.No elevator to top floor where room was located. Bathroom in lobby looks like a gas station or a Walmart.This place is perfect for someone who has never stayed in a hotel before and doesn't know any better.Staff very polite but completely unhelpful.
