Perfect spot for family visits. In-room fridge and cooktop make it easy w kids. Breakfast is on the better end of the range for a hotel breakfast. Lots of things in a walkable distance.

Very comfortable in the studio room. Very quiet despite being busy and being pet friendly. Breakfast scrambled eggs are unfortunately consistently lousy. Tolerable with cheese. Usually stay at hotel each time we visit family.

Perfect location to visit with family and attend the Italian Festival. Friendly staff, clean room and kids enjoyed the pool.

The pool was not available. They had rented it out to a swim school from 4pm to 8pm both nights we were there and it was full of toddlers. No one had emptied the garbage in our room from the previous guests.

Surprised with the roominess for a grown family of four! Beds were a little stiff but for one night it was no deal breaker. It was nice to be able to spread out. The only negative was there was no lock on the bathroom door.

We went there with our two sons and found it to be a great family hotel. Loved the pool and the free breakfast. The room was also a great set-up -- not large but felt spacious thanks the separation between the sofa bed and the queen bed. Our kids were able to have their own "zone" and we had ours. We didn't cook while there, but appreciated the option to use the kitchen. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return. Only con: the "blankets" for the sofa bed were very thin, and both of the blankets we requested had areas that were shredded, with holes in them. Our kids got cold at night. The hotel should invest in some higher quality blankets if they expect that people will actually use the sofa bed as we did.

I wouldn’t advertise that this property has a pool. It does have a pool, however it is unusable late afternoon to early evening as they offer swimming lessons for neighborhood families. Not pleased as we chose this property as we like to swim. So that put a bad taste in my mouth about the value, added to that 20 dollars to park per day in a somewhat suburban area outrageous. Other that that the hotel was excellent.

Have stayed here several times. This stay was our least favorite. It was more costly than before. $170.00+ for the room, $20.00 for parking and left $20 for a housekeeping tip. Although that might sour our visit, that was not the real problem. We were housed with many families staying near our room. Don't get me wrong, we like kids but respectful children. There was running in the hall, yelling, loud laughter for hours from children and adults alike!. Is there any logic to putting 2 adults in the middle of such chaos. We had driven 6 hours and were looking forward to a quiet evening and night in readiness for another 6 hour drive. My next reservation will have parameters secured well in advance of our arrival and if you are considering this hotel I urge you to do the same!

This hotel exceeded our expectations, which were already high based on all the positive reviews. Our check-in experience was great; the employees at the front desk were all so kind and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. My kids really enjoyed the pool, and the free breakfast was excellent as far as hotel breakfasts go. We are so excited to have found this hotel and cannot wait to return sometime soon! P.S. Walk to Ritter's diner for breakfast or dinner . . . that place is wonderful.

The Hyatt was nice. The first night we were there it was extremely noisy with a children’s birthday party in room 321 directly above us + the room next to us kicked a hole through their wall. We did not sleep at all that first night. We reported the noise to the front desk but I don’t think they were able to do anything because it went on all night. After that initial night, our stay improved.
