Peaceful stay, friendly staff, but the hot breakfast could be better...I guess they rotate out and when we stayed it was biscuita and gravy which nobody in my family eat...but there were hot waffles!

Ive stayed here several times the past 4 years with no complaints until this last stay. My suggestion to management is to stress to people with children that a hotel is not a playground. No running, playing ball in hallways or repeated slamming of doors. Everyone is staying at a hotel for different reasons and have different schedules and sleep patterns. Let’s be respectful to each other and teach children the same.

There was a slight mix up initially when checking in due to the influx of patrons for a concert among college sporting events, but the ladies at the front desk were amazingly friendly, professional and addressed the issue with no inconvenience to my self or family.

It's average. Not terrible but also not the greatest. Was fine for me and my older son but not for family

The staff was nice and the premises were fine. The only complaint my family and I have is that the comforter in one of the beds had a few blood stains, same as one pillow case. You can see they were washed but the stains remained, and not pleasant at all to see that of course. It was very late at night when we saw them, as the stains were in the inside part of the comforter, so we didn’t use that bed (in a 2 beds room). We let the staff know in the morning and they apologized. The rest of the room seemed clean enough, but still it was not ok.

It was close to the children’s hospital and staff were very friendly. The breakfast was really good. Only complaint is our room never cooled down with the AC on. Otherwise a nice stay!

Perfect location with excellent accommodations for visiting with my kids who just moved to Pittsburgh. Quiet place with cozy beds just what I needed! Staff was friendly. I’ll keep this as my go-to for when I come and visit.

We stayed for one night for a Steelers game. The hotel's free shuttle service to the trolley/metro was a huge bonus and saved us from having to order Ubers. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Linens are clean and fresh. When we arrived we were disappointed to discover that our room didn't have a pull out couch as advertised. Note that hotels.com lists the standard queen room for 3 people, when in fact it's only for 2. That night, the hotel happened to have a spare bed for our teen daughter. Rollaway beds are nice with a real twin size bed. The only other downside was the lack of friendly main floor staff. At the front, one woman was professional and the other was rough. We watched as she ate lunch and sucked the food out from under her long nails shortly before handing us our key cards. Thank goodness for the Lysol wipes available in the lobby. During breakfast, they have 1 attendant who stocks the items. She looked stressed and was short with guests. Breakfast ends at 9 am, but you can be sure the food will not be refilled starting at 8:30 am. We didn't get any more waffle batter or bread, pastries right at 8:30am. That was disappointing since families expect breakfasts to stay stocked until the end.
