Beds were comfortable, but too small. Queen-size should be 59" wide, these were 53" Drapes were hard to open, not enough light in room. Easy chair and toilet seat are too low. Okay for children, but difficult for a senior to stand from. Door from lobby was extremely heavy. I had difficulty entering room. It almost knocked me over 2 times. 3 items didn't work properly: TV, radio and telephone. All were repaired after reporting them to front desk. Valet parking was very good and prompt.

This was my second visit to the hotel. The proximity to family is perfect and the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. I was able to secure an early check in and had and amazing buffet breakfast. The entrance had a pleasant smell and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely rebook

Me and my family stayed for a funeral and the staff was so in touch with my feelings. They were comforting and very hands on. They made life at that moment easy. I appreciate Tashell and the rest of the staff except Saturday morning kitchen. We didn't even use the complimentary breakfast because she walked away. But anyway from the front door valet to the housekeeper and concierges wonderful ladies and gentlemen. Reggie made sure everything was perfect. The hotel was immaculate. Thank you Indigo Staff I appreciate you all caring for me in my time of need.

Saw dead spiders in the first allocated room, then we complained to hotel staff, then got another room, that’s ok. But me and my kids got some rashes on body and face. They have to give first priority to cleaning and have to use disinfect wipes(Lysol/Clorox)
