For starters I have never been to downtown Philly. It did remind me of NYC. The hotel was in a great location. My kids were going to a concert at the Lincoln Stadium. Valet was $66 for overnight. However, it was 24/7. Those guys worked their butts off. I didn’t have any issues with them. The front desk woman was very friendly. The room was small but I expected it. It was clean. The only thing that was odd was the shower. When you shower the water gets all over. I did go to the free breakfast and they did have more options than I expected. The coffee was really good. The oatmeal was good. We ate dinner at the restaurant next door. That was great!

Just a 1 night stay with family. Good location. Able to walk to everything we wanted to see while there. Room was clean. TV is mounted in a frame at the end of the beds. There was hardly any room to walk between the beds and the where the TV was mounted. You had to be careful to not bump your arm or head. Kind of a poor furniture arrangement in the room. Other than that it was a good place to stay.

The location of the hotel is great! The double queen room was tight for a family. The morning breakfast was less than desirable!

The lots of good things said about this hotel are warranted. Super friendly front desk staff, comfortable, attractive rooms in an excellent location. I liked the contemporary vibe in a historic building. My room overlooked the street; it was a nice city view. The downside includes the size of the room. It was pretty small. As a solo traveler on a 4-day business trip, it worked out well for me, but for a couple or family, you may find a need for additional space. Except for a small closet, there is no dresser or place to store your clothes. Also, the restaurant was disappointing. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely repeat.

Rooms were small but still worked great for our purposes. Shower was great (it was hard to come home to my own shower). Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff very friendly and breakfast was good considering it was free. Walking distance to most things in the city, if not uber had no issues getting to us or dropping us off. Would definitely stay again & recommend to friends and family.
