Homewood Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Great Valley

The suite was great for family of 5. Fun courtyard with activities and big pool.

Not sure how this hotel gets 4.1 stars. We had a suite. Walked in and found hundreds of ants all over our bathroom and bedroom floor. Management didn’t move us because they were full, but instead sprayed the hell out of our room. Made my family and I feel woozy so we left for 2 hours. We had a kitchen which was nice — bought a few beers and stuck them in the fridge. Found one taken the next day — what housekeeping does that? No water fountains in the hotel work — you cannot get filtered water anywhere. Couch in the common room had nasty brown stains. The entire room felt very gross to be in but we didn’t have much choice. Finally— there were 3 of us and I repeatedly asked housekeeping to leave us 3 towels, but they kept leaving 2 (with one face towel and one wash towel). Service was non responsive. Thank goodness we were only there 2 nights. Horrible Hilton hotel — they should be embarrassed.

This was a perfect place for me and my family mini vacation

Great hotel for a family stay. Convenient location!

Me and my family of 6 stayed in their suite for just 1 night and we are ready to go back! The beds were so comfortable. The room was clean and in a quiet part of the hotel. The breakfast was actually delicious and lots of options. The staff was all smiles and welcoming. We wish the indoor pool was open past 10 but it wasn’t a big deal. The rooms are spacious and we plan to go back in a few weeks just for the weekend !

Great one night stay with kids

It is great to have a family of 6 to stay here. Clean and comfortable.

We stayed for 2 mights family of 5 in suit acess 2 bed rm with 2 bath. The bath room and bed room is spacious and nice matress we all did just sank in to asleep. Swimming pool is little small but enough to get a way for a day exercise for swimmer, water was abit cold. Breakfast was regular as other hotel offeres. Scramble egg or egg omelet, bacon, hash brown, bagels with cream cheese None of us had chance to do waffle due to line waits for only one machine. Juice is only one kind. Either oj or apple. Overall, can't complaint much we had a great time staying this hotel. Thanks to staffs.

Staff, breakfast, pool, and room were excellent, the family enjoyed their stay.

We stayed here for my son's lacrosse tournament. We brought the whole family and all 6 of us fit nicely in their premier suite. My only complaint (and it is minor) is that they didn't really clean our room during the day. I think they just emptied the trash can. But other than that, it was perfect. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast had something to please everyone and it was easy to get to and from our room to the car.
