The facility needs to improve its parking. After spending the day with family , I was unable to find a parking spot. The desk clerk told me that likely people were parked illegally but did nothing to remedy the situation. The 3% charge for using a credit card was ridiculous as well. There was no coffee in the morning( just kuerig in the room) or complimentary breakfast either- probably to force you to eat in their overpriced restaurant. A mini fridge and or microwave would be a nice touch as well.

Quaint hotel so much character there, had dinner at the inn it was delicious, we are planning to make this an annual trip with my family !

Only place we will stay in when visiting Lititz. This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. People, rooms, ambiance & food are all amazing. Perfect location to walk everywhere. Front desk was extremely welcoming and warm. Food at the pub really good. Rooms are huge and good for a family of 3 to 4. Keep doing what you’re doing and we will continue to stay with you!

Charming historical place right in the best part of town . Perfect for romantic getaways but also family friendly. Rooms are nice and no parking issues . Staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant and very cool British pub also in the building, but several others within walking distance. Price is good for what you get .
