Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Lancaster-Lititz, an IHG Hotel

Very loud was not a place to relax and get away from normal life. Cleaners were very loud in the morning and all I heard was kid running around all day and night due to the wrestling tournament that was going on unfortunately

It was okay and the kids had fun!

A convenient and easily accessible hotel when visiting family “back home” In Lititz, PA… always friendly staff. Beds and pillows need to be replaced and upgraded! Breakfast always wonderful with the best cinnamon buns anywhere!

Pet friendly! Property was very accommodating for my family of 6. Room was clean and a good size for us. Only request, which was small, pls. fix or get rid of the pancake machine. So many people wanted them but it only worked when a staff member came out to readjust it. After the readjust it made one pancake, then stopped working. Just get a waffle machine.

Property was conveniently located. We had a death in the family and this hotel was the place we all stayed. They were friendly and accommodating.

Phones didn’t work, no routine cleaning service, loud children screaming

Typical Holiday Inn Express which was clean, had good breakfast bar, easy check-in & out, and pleasant staff. Traveled for a family gathering

The hotel is good if you're not looking for anything special. I was a little disappointed with the indoor pool because it was so poorly lit. It looked a little creepy. I expected what I saw in the picture posted on the website; a bright, welcoming, cheering indoor pool. Also, perhaps it may be due to a shortage of staff, but we found a used baby diaper under one of the chairs in our room. My first thought was that the cleaning crew was probably in a rush to clean the room for the next family. Again, if you're looking for somewhere to stay for a couple of nights, with no special amentities, this hotel will work just fine. It is very conveniently located by a Target, a diner right across the street & a hospital and urgentcare down the block.
