Check in & out was a breeze. The lovely woman at the front desk managed to check us into our 5 rooms very quickly. Our rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel provides body wash, shampoo, & conditioner and extra pillows were easily obtained at the front desk. The pool was small but refreshing for us after our 5 hour car ride. Breakfast was great with many options…the pre-packaged waffles were a big hit with the grandbabies. We were very happy to have found such a nice place at a great rate within 20 minutes of Hershey Park.

Connie H. in the dining area was so sweet and helpful. There were some kids using segways in the dining area that their parents weren’t parenting and running into diners. Connie tried her best to address this. Unfortunately some parents expect others to do their job. Connie was patient and kind. Also she came out to move her truck so I could turn my Penske around in the lot. She is an asset to this hotel!

The property as a whole is fantastic! Great staff, accommodating. The breakfast however, not so much. It was sparse and lacking. Nothing sweet to eat for cold cereals, nothing any kid would eat. No scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage, no waffles. Disappointing for grown ups and kids alike. The ladies over the breakfast area rocked it and put out what they had to work with I guess(?). I would stay again though…..just put out real American breakfast foods…..and Fruitloops!
