Best Western Plus Hershey

Good family hotel

Stayed over Memorial Day weekend with 2 kids. Have stayed at several Best Westerns and so far, this was our least liked stay. A LOT of kids, very noisy, and the guests above us did not stop their kids from running around at 11pm despite several requests to the staff. The pillows are horrible, beds at other locations have been better as well. Breakfast was decent. Would not recommend staying for more than one night.

In a shady area and shared parking lot with Redroof where people are hanging outside with all their life belongings. Avoid at all cost. The hotel is decent but do not feel safe leaving my car or going out for food. Area is sketchy. The hotel is still charging full price which I definitely dont think is worth it. I actually booked another hotel and didnt bother checking in with my kids here.

The room looks like it was freshly painted. I really like the shampoo bottles in the shower rather than the little ones.

Mostly, I want to highlight how wonderful the staff were during our 2 night stay. The day we checked in the poor girl at the desk was absolutely killing it with multi-tasking. She made me feel like a priority and very welcoming despite clearly being understaffed and having to balance calls, checkins and guest questions. The girl at check out was friendly and accommodating with changing my payment and applying a gift card I had. The rooms were quite large, comfortable and clean. We were short supplies but again front desk staff accommodated well and quickly. Myself and my family have worked in the hotel industry for many years so we can be picky, this was a great experience and BW should definitely acknowledge their employees for being the driving force for a great review!

Everything was wonderful during our stay, Very convenient location between family farm and downtown Hershey. will definitely book again for future trips.

Really really nice place to stay in Hershey. Blew me away. Both my kids loves the rooms.

The Best Western Plus Hershey was a nice hotel for our two-night stay. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was clean. The breakfast both mornings far exceeded our expectations for a complimentary breakfast, and we appreciated the choices of hot and cold foods. The automatic pancake maker was a hit with my kids! Housekeeping missed our room despite us being out from 9:15 a.m. until about 5:00 p.m. We did not leave the “do not disturb” sign on the door when we left at 9:15. It wasn’t the end of the world; I just got a couple of fresh towels at the front desk that evening. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hershey.
