Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Harrisburg Northeast (Hershey), PA

Overall the hotel was above average for the price. Pros: -Very clean, even cleaner than some luxury hotels I’ve been to -Hot breakfast which was good and far better than most hotels in this price range -Convenient location, a short and easy 15 minute drive from Hershey Park Cons: -Mushy and worn out bed, while the sheets and pillows were fine, the bed was in sad shape -Staff should make sure that little kids aren’t going into the hot tub

Perfect for an overnight stay. Grandchildren enjoyed the pools.

We really enjoyed our stay. My kids had good time in the pool, the breakfast is so yummy.

Nice place for family stay

Rude stares my microwave stopped working I had to threaten to go home for them to fix . Elevator broke they didn’t even put a sign on it. The hotel owners children who work there nearly knocked my children down . Beware!!!!

Our room was clean, towels were well stocked, and the beds were comfy. I love that they have "quiet hours", past experience at hotels prove that quiet hours can be a necessity. I know there were small children on our floor and the floor above us, but we never heard them. We weren't able to attend the breakfast, we got in late and weren't ready to eat before it closed. However I can tell you it smelled amazing! I would definitely stay again if I needed a room in close proximity to Hersheypark and Giant Center.

When I got there, the gentleman that checked me in was very nice. I got to the room and the bedroom sheets were a mess. There was stains on the sheets stains all over the towels. The beds were very uncomfortable. I asked for an extra pillow. They told me that I couldn’t have one because they were out Sheets and the blankets smelled. The AC and heater was broken. They made very loud noises a place was right next to a gas station so all you could hear was vehicles and then the best part of it was I wanted to book another night and the customer service overnight was horrible. I wanted to cry and run away to a different place , I told him that I didn’t feel like he was doing his job and he started yelling at me and treating me horrible and I walked away from him and he followed me into the pool area and humiliated me in front of everybody and my kids screaming at me. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. I can’t believe I spent the money and I should have just left . The pool area was nasty

Very spacious room and comfortably fit our family of 5. The room was nicely decorated. We were able to use the pool which was good for the kids. The staff was ok. Not very friendly tho and none greeted us with a smile. I think that’s something the management can help their staff improve on.

Great family pet friendly hotel. People were very noisy in the hallway until midnight. Other than that it was great.

Front desk employee was so friendly and helpful. Very fun for children with the pool. Great as a dog friendly hotel with. Good spot to walk the dog and was given a room on the first floor near the back door to the dog area. Very impressed with this hotel.
