Hampton Inn & Suites Hershey

The common areas were great - full of family activities and clean - great check in - Surprised that the housekeeping of the room was subpar - a surprisingly good amount of debris on the carpet. Ultimately I was disappointed that my 2 year old had woken up at 4am and I ventured downstairs at 5am to buy milk - they only had chocolate milk - the reception prompted me to ask continental breakfast - we hung out till they weren't busy and asked and I was told it was policy to wait till 6am for milk so we had to venture off property for some milk. A little disappointed in how rude they were with such a tired polite little girl and her very tired mama.

The staff is not family, the bath tub had hair in it. My daughter went and asked for more pillows and she went outside to talk, daughter asked again and she said someone would bring them. It was after 11p.m and I finally said we were waiting for them and would like to go to bed!

Great set up for family of four. Kitchen was great. Pull out sofa was plush not like a typical sofa bed. Plenty of room.

Excellent stay for kids. Good hot breakfast with sausage patties, country fried potatoes and omelettes; dry cereals; assortment of breads; waffle makers; yogurt cups- something for everyone. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Decent sized pool for kids and fitness center for adults. Overall perfect for a Hersheypark family getaway- less than 10 mins away from park. Definitely a repeat stay in the near future.

Apparently there was a shortage of housekeeping staff since there was dirt in my tub and hair. My room was changed and that was not that clean either. I asked for cleaning supplies to clean it myself and that was not available either because the employees stated house keeping gets locked in the evening and no supplies, towels etc were available since on duty employees stated they did not have access. Could not get into my room on Saturday afternoon because of some fire emergency and it was very chaotic. Never had a more horrible experience in a Hampton Inn. Hilton hotels are supposed to be one of the top hotels. This one was absolutely horrible, and I was there because of a large event at the Hershey Lodge. Please make changes to better accommodate your guests. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone, and I have coworkers who travel frequently to this area. My family member paid for my stay there and will be seeking a full refund.

Close to hershey park staff was friendly the kids loved the pool!

It was the perfect size for our family! Breakfast was delicious.

The room is perfect for larger families. Very close to Hershey. They just need to have GF options for Breakfast (have plain eggs) for guests with Celiac.

The woman checking us in after 8pm was extremely friendly and made checking in very easy. The breakfast was excellent! We did pass the hotel at night since the property sign was not visible at night and lobby area was a little chaotic with families allowing kids to be loud and run around. Overall stay was Excellent!
