Everything was perfect for my family and I. No complaints at all. Front desk staff was very helpful.

The hotel staff were incredible, and honestly we don't have much bad to say other than we weren't fans of the layout in the lobby. The front desk had food/drinks you could buy on shelves right next to it, which was right next to the breakfast area and games/fun area. These were all in the main entry area. With kids, having those items for purchase right next to the complimentary breakfast was confusing. It was also hard to get my son to focus on breakfast when he was staring at foosball and other games that he could just walk over and play. There were only a few dedicated breakfast tables to eat at, so many people used the nearby sofas/chairs and tables and you can bet with kids they were getting food bits all over the fabric of the sofas. This just didn't make sense to us. And to top it off, the automatic pancake makers seemed to always need fixing. The staff were incredible, trying to keep things clean all the time and fix the pancake makers, but it was a lot for them to stay on top of. Really our complaint is the layout/design which is hard to overcome at this point. The room was fine, nothing over the top but nothing bad either.

it was nice. very friendly staff member assisted us with check-in and provided us a bag with water and snacks. room was nice, everything was comfortable. breakfast was decent, though the pancake maker wasn't really working half the time. my only complaint would be other guests. if none of them were there, it would've been fantastic. or at least thanos it down to 50%, then it'd be pretty serene. maybe i wouldn't have come across a huge turd in the bathroom in the lobby. like a log, just floating, in a bowl. waiting for a chance to go down the river. biding its time, ever so slowly, just...breaking down.. or the very well dressed up blonde kid who wanted some milk and stood there deliberately overflowing the cup and its spill-tray and watching it spread out across the counter with a maniacal glint in his eyes before whispering a tiny 'oops'. but the hotel is great. staff is great. room is great.

The staff was nice and the hotel was clean. I am really impressed at the lounge area in each hotel i have stayed at. Its very family friendly with games and lots of room on the main floor. Breakfast was good. The pancakes are fresh, but more fruit would be better. Over all i give it 4 stars.

My husband and I stayed here during our visit to Hershey and we have so many positive things to say about this location. Free, convenient parking, easy check in & new rooms. The complimentary free breakfast was great too - there's even an automatic pancake maker! Very family friendly for those with little ones. Highly recommend this hotel!

The room next to ours was having a party. Had to call the front desk. They did come up and resolve the problem. But the kids at the hotel were not supervised very well.

Hotel is great. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Check-in and out was super easy and fast. Both deak associates were very nice and helpful. Breakfast had a decent selection. Only complaints are, not enough tables for breakfast. Pool is too small for a chain that was design to have "smaller rooms, to encourage the guest to enjoy all of the other feature." Hard to enjoy the pool...when your family goes down, and there's only 2 other familys, yet the pool is crowded.

Very clean and kid friendly, upbeat environment. Our room was spotless and vibrant. Our AC unit was not working properly on the other hand which created a stuffy room at night for us. The breakfast options could also be better. Other than that, we definitely would recommend.. a clean, updated, friendly environment outweighs the cons.

Wonderful clean, quiet hotel. Was there on business. Going back to Hershey with the family, will probably stay here again.

Thought the hotel was brand new . Room looked crisp and clean . Everything was modern and updated. The lobby had games to play and the staff was very friendly when I interacted. The hotel was walking distance to downtown Hershey PA. The hotel was in a unique setting , literally surrounded by small one family homes felt so friendly and inviting. Not industrial at all . There was plenty of parking that was well lit . Overall excellent hotel
