Sonesta Select Allentown Bethlehem Airport

This trip was the best for me and my family. We had a good time and enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The service is excellent.

We stay at the hotel every time we visit family in Bethlehem. EVERY TIME we've stayed here, the room, bathroom, refrigerator are clean and always smells fresh. There was NO musty smell coming from the air conditioner which I have experienced at other hotels. The bed is so comfortable! The hotel is quiet during the evening. Muffled doors closing but no sounds of others in their rooms. The staff at the front desk, as well as staff we meet during our stay, are always pleasant. It's truly a pleasure staying here!

It is a hotel where you can relax and take your family or friends. Everything is clean, those who work at the front desk are very cordial and respectful as are the housekeeping. Thank you for making me feel comfortable with my family. I give them a 100 satisfaction score. thank you.

This was the second time staying at this hotel. I'm so glad we found this hotel. Its very close to our son's home so makes visiting a pleasure! The Sonesta Select Allentown Bethlehem Airport is such a clean, comfortable, quiet, safe hotel. Every one of the staff we interact with is friendly and speaks pleasantly with a smile! The indoor pool is clean and my grandkids thoroughly enjoyed it! We'll continue staying here every time we visit the Bethlehem area!

great hotel for stay with family and kidsos

It was a family trip, we had a good time. The room is very clean and comfortable. The housekeeping is very friendly and respectful. At the front desk they were very friendly and professional. I recommend you stay here with your family.

We arrived early and 2 of the 3 rooms in our reservation were ready. I checked into them and said we would come back later that evening to check into the third room, because we had a family event to attend. When i made the reservation, i was told that we would have the 3 rooms in the same corridor, and that they would not sell our room. But when i came back to check into the third room i had reserved, they told me they had nothing in our corridor, and nothing even on our floor. Also, i had made a reservation for a room with one King bed, and the woman at the desk said they only had rooms with 2 queens left. Why make a reservation if it will not be honored??? I did not appreciate that they did not follow through with what they had told me on the phone. Also, the pool was "out of order". On Memorial Day weekend. Otherwise, the place was clean and in good condition.

I came to this property for work however i brung my daughter with me so she can attend school im a travel nurse . First im gonna say the room was clean . which was the best part of stay . My child wanted to get in the pool but once inspected the pool area it looked very unclean and foggy . i ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with turkey bacon to get to my room and see a mount of pork bacon on my sandwich which i couldn't eat because it's against my religion . I checked in on monday - wednesday . wednesday the day of check out i asked the lady at front desk for a set of wash cloth and towel she told me there is housekeeping every three days ma'am i only asked for a wash cloth and towel so i can bathe before my checkout i can stop by before i go to my room once i'm back from taking my daughter to school . I get back it's several of them look at me like i'm crazy and she goes and says i'm sorry we don't have any i only have a towel . I kindly explained to her my stay was with my kid and everyone knows how kids are . i already put the dirty linens out for house keeping . i got to my room had to cut the towel with scissors because who is bathing with a huge towel ! on top of that as soon as 11pm came the woman was knocking on my door . My room was in great condition once i left because one i am not a nasty person i clean after my self i know how to take care of where ever i stay the only thing they probably had to do was a quick wipe down and change sheets. Will not stay again

We've stayed at other Sonesta properties and have loved each stay. We never have a bad thing to say about them, until now. I will start with the good. The bed was super comfortable and I slept like a rock. The not-so-good: The room we booked was supposed to be a king suite, so I expected there to be two rooms, or at least a separate sitting area, so that my toddler could go to sleep, while my older son and I stayed up later. When we got into the room, it looked like a normal room, until we got into the main room and saw a tiny alcove containing a fridge and microwave. That's all. That was what they considered a suite. This caused some issues with sleeping but we worked it out. I didn't complain at the time because we had been in the car for 10 hours by this time and the kiddos were super tired. Aside from that, the water pressure in the shower was about as low as you can get and the pull out couch was put in such a way that you had to move it to pull out the bed, or you hit the king bed. Overall, I wasn't impressed and we'll be looking for some where else to stay next time we make this trip.

Pool was filthy and cold, fire pits non working, all outdoor areas closed, no spa, no breakfast. Definitely not family friendly, much more the local drug dealers hangout. Front desk guy was miserable and abrasive, unprofessional ranting about lack of workers and other political propaganda, not the time or place when we are trying to check in for a relaxing stay. Room reeked of cigarette smoke, hallways smelled like weed.
