Staybridge Suites Allentown Bethlehem Airport, an IHG Hotel

This place is disgusting! They allow pets which I would never stay in a hotel like that. Nothing against pets but my kids are highly allergic. We checked out yesterday and my kids are still sick. My son also has bites from fleas or something else on him. The pool and hot tub are both dirty. Hot tub had hair and filth in it, the pool had dead dragonflies and filth in it. We were put in down a hallway where the housekeepers do their laundry and have a break room. I think they slow them to stay in some of the rooms because it was loud all night long, doors slamming, kids yelling. The rooms are so outdated and need new furniture. The towels in the bathroom and not soft but very rough. Our bed linens didn’t look like they was wash and we found a paper folded up in the middle under the sheets. The best part of this place was the breakfast, good variety but they ran out of milk, which meant no cereal out. How can I breakfast place run out of MILK! Staff seemed clueless and most couldn’t understand English. The only communication I got was from the front desk. I had to buy Benadryl for my daughter because her allergies were so flared up. Luckily my son had his medicine with him. Two miserable kids made for a long ride home- 4 1/2 hours. I’m glad this was a one and done because we would never go back again. I can’t believe this is an IHG hotel because I’m a rewards member and that’s not how they usually are! P.S. I have pictures but it’s not letting me post them!

Very much enjoyed my stay at the staybridge once again. This was the 3rd time so I knew exactly what to expect. We brought family back to the hotel to barbecue and swim and the hotel was very accommodating. Good staff, nice spacious rooms, good gym, and good breakfast. I will stay here again during my next Pennsylvania visit.

We usually love staying here but around 10pm we got a noise complaint but it wasnt us. We actually had the same banging n noise above us but we just let it be. Then at 6am the people above us were banging uncontrollably so we called down n made a complaint and they responded with its a special needs child. Ok so we let it go, we understood, tired but understanding. Well then, those same people started banging in multiple rooms at the same time, so that wasnt a child it was parents acting like a child. So now back on the road today with barely any sleep and that's never been an issue for us here.

The 2 bedroom suites are fantastic for families travelling with teens, 2 completely separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with living room in between! Renovation makes the rooms feel modern but some of the paintwork and finishing touches were lacking (door handle hanging off to bathroom and patched ceiling in different paint colour). Gym facilities excellent, complementary laundry is a lovely touch as is the dinner and drinks on certain evenings in the week. Shame the plates are paper, cutlery plastic, styrofoam cups and bowl. Maybe offer the opportunity to recycle? Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would return without hesitation!

Great for when traveling with adult children

Lakeema the property Manager made me and my family visit worth it. From the door to check out, her Spirit is that old fashion customer service we need and miss. When she left Carl stepped right in her place and showed us hospitality. Thank you the right people in the right place. I will be back.

The front desk clerk that took care of me prior to check in and check out was AMAZING! She was really attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to help me and my family out!

This hotel is so comfortable for the family.

Love our room (the 8 person one). The hotel lobby was warm and inviting…all decked out for St. Patty’s. Shows me they care. We arrived at 9pm. The check-in was quick (once he was done helping the guest in front of me). Ample parking. The room was so cool! The kids were playing hide and seek. It was clean. Fully stocked.
