Homewood Suites by Hilton Allentown-Bethlehem Airport

Katelyn on the front desk was very apologetic that there is no airport shuttle- i was told by phone that “there WAS service and it would be no problem “. Katelyn patiently helped this elderly woman download Uber and schedule a ride. The breakfast was wonderful! Good coffee and hot (or cold) food was hot ( or cold). Wish I could have stayed for another round another morning. The pool was not sparkling water but murky- too many chem? There was mold in the sealant of both our shower and the room my daughter’s family had.

Good size room, we booked the king 1 bedroom with a pull out couch. The bedroom had a door to close off the living room and kitchen. Kitchen supplies were sparse but doable for my family of four. Dated but clean hotel. Great shower pressure.

The staff were amazing, the suite was extremely nice. The only con was the noise at night ( cars racing, loud music from cars parked behind the strip mall adjacent to the hotel). The breakfast was very good. I would definitely book again to visit family in the area.

We booked a 4 night stay at this hotel for a family of 4. Our room was clean. The sheets and towels were clean. The kitchen had the utensils needed for cooking. The toiletries were in those " attached to the wall refillable pumps' that were eco-friendly. Front desk was very accommodating as to our questions and requests for iron, extra towels and toilet paper. Shout out to Nick and Tianali who were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, the usual hotel food fare. Dining area is very well maintained and clean. Indoor pool was fine as well, and the deepest height is 4 feet 6 inches, which was very convenient for my children who are non-swimmers! The only issue we had was the spotty WiFi connection at times and our newly issued key cards did not work. But was easily resolved by front desk. Overall, very good stay at this hotel!

We stayed in the two bedroom suite. It was convenient for our family of six. We used the barbecue grill, the pool and had breakfast. The breakfast was plentiful but the staff seemed to want to clean it up early. In the end they brought it back out. The barbecue grill was adequate. One did not work at all and the other one only lit in the back but we were able to cook our food. The two bedrooms was not equipped for people who actually wanted to use the kitchen. There were no cooking utensils or serving utensils, silverware for three, dishes for four, glasses for three. But after a phone call they brought us more. Fortunately I had prepared all my food ahead of time so I didn't need a sharp knife or a pan. Overall it was a nice day. The rooms are pretty nice for the price.

It was a good stay. The room was the right size for our family and the location was perfect for our trip.

I love your place. I enjoyed the breakfast everymorning. The staff is wonderful and courteous. But the downside was THE GYM WAS A LET DOWN. I AM A PERSON THAT NEEDS TO DO MY TREADMILL BUT ONE WASN'T WORKING AND ONE WASN'T INCLINING. I called the front desk and she told me that she will pit the request in. I was in your hotel for 4 days I thought thsst it would be resolve the 2nd day but it didn't. I WANT to let you guys know that I love my room and I am pretty much sure it will be my hotel to go everytime i c one to visit my family. But if the Gym does not get f is I will turn around. Was there to visit our son and his family.A mistake I had made in booking a smoking room was corrected without a problem. The shuttle service to and from the airport was on time and drivers were very helpful and friendly. Desk personnel was also friendly and helpful.

Homewood Suites was the perfect place for my family to stay. There were 17 of us traveling together. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. The breakfast each morning was good. We used the dinning/lobby area to meet every evening. The hotel staff, specifically Darryl and Sara, were very accommodating and hospitable. We couldn't have asked for more!

These rooms are perfect for a traveller who doesn't want to have to leave the hotel. It is a beautiful room with granite counters, very comfortable bed, a full kitchen, large sitting area. They sell food and beverages in the lobby and have a fitness center and business center and complimentary breakfast buffet. Perfect for a family or business trip
