Staff was above and beyond! Will be staying there for future visits to the area. Myself and several others from my family were there for a funeral and the Kindness and Helpfulness of the staff really helped ease the pain and stress of the situation, on top of whixh i was traveling with a specual needs toddler and absolutely loved their interactions with him 20 out of 10 would recommend

A little outdated but clean and comfortable. Spent the weekend here. The kids loved the pool and spa. Would stay again.

We enjoyed! Would definitely stay again. Very clean and staff was very friendly. I only gave it 4 stars just because the pool was freezing one night. The next night was Saturday and there must have been a party because the kids was packed with preteens-teen and it made it not fun for my younger kids to swim. Plus that night the room next to us played loud music until around 11pm which made it had the my kids to fall asleep. That all just happened one night the rest was perfect.

The rooms were clean, area was perfect for our destinations, and the ladies behind the desk were very friendly and accommodating. My family had 6 rooms and they were able to keep us close together. Also, LOVED the “pop up” bar in the evenings!

When we walked in the front desk was extremely friendly and it felt very comfortable like we were returning even though we never have been there before. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Ashley our waitress was very pleasant and kind especially to my kids who tend to be well you know kids. The food was delicious I do wish the pool was heated because it was winter it was unbearably cold but the hot tub was nice and area was very clean. Thank you for everything and we will definitely be returning.

The room was great. We had an amazing stay, the beds were comfortable, the hotel was decorated for the season and even had a little mailbox so little ones could write a letter to Santa. The reason I’m giving it a two star overall was because there was a loud noise that sounded like an air compressor constantly running. When I brought it to the front desk’s attention the woman told me that it was the boiler and it would turn off, well the noise continued all night and we actually had to turn on the air conditioning to try to drown out the noise. Hopefully the issue is resolved for future guests.

My room smelled of cigarettes- so much so that my kids and I had scratchy throats the next day. And the fitness center has one barely useable treadmill.

I did not like customer service at all when i came in older lady at the front counter was counter was racist the moment she saw us come in. We booked two separate reservations and was very hostile to the room we booked , one king room ,and a double queen bedroom. We got only two king size bed rooms. When we confronted her about it said that is was a third party booking that she is unable to accommodate us. How are you supposed to fit a family of 5 on a king size bedroom room with not even a sofa bed in it. We over paid in the first place because it was a Hilton hotel , but the name brand at this location guess did not matter. Horrible experience would never book here again. Treated us very rude and awful.

I stayed here with my family for the weekend, the hotel was spotless, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We had breakfast both mornings at the hotel, the tables were clean and the food was good. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Back to the staff, they were all kind and accommodating. Made the stay stress free. We will stay here again in the future if we are in the area.

Overnight stay with grandkids after skiing was great! Check-in was easy. The restaurant food was very tasty and reasonably priced. Our room was very clean and large with very comfortable beds. Had fun in the swimming pool. Would definitely stay here again
