First time staying at a Hilton property and feeling as if I was staying at a low budget motel. We were a party of three and we were very uncomfortable. The room was very small and it was hard just moving around. We were placed in the worst room possible and with a close view of other rooms from our window. So close that we kept the curtains closed. The room smelled very bad which made it hard to sleep. We asked if we could have our room changed, but we were told the hotel was booked. We didn’t see very many, so I believe that wasn’t a true statement. The follow day we left to visit family, and upon returning, we saw that the room wasn’t cleaned. I called to ask and was told that I had to request for my room to be cleaned. This is the first time I have heard this at a Hilton property. Not happy about this stay at all.

This property was perfect in every way. Clean, comfy, great breakfast spread. Our granddaughter loved the pool. Friendly staff. We had 2 rooms for us and our son's family. We booked the suites with king sized beds. Our granddaughter saw the rooms and said "Wow, this is the biggest hotel room I ever saw!!".

We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Bethlehem, PA. The front desk was very attentive and helped us get adjoining rooms with friends that were staying there too. Room was clean and had a nice kitchen area for snack, coffee, etc. The pool was great for the kids, warm enough for me and it's never warm enough for me lol. Pool was clean and had towels available for us. We will be returning next year for our annual snowboarding trip.

The stay was a delight. A huge thank you to the evening man on duty. He was so kind, and helped Santa surprise my young godchildren. What a wonderful Christmas Eve stay. Thank you

My family decided on a whim to stay overnight in Bethlehem during a day trip. The price was fair, the staff was thoughtful, and the accomodations were perfect for my picky family. Hadn't had an opportunity to stay at a Hampton Inn in years, very glad that we did on this trip!

What a great little spot! We had a great time! Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, even the baby’s play pen where she slept was comfortable! The pool was clean and warm! And best of all it was so quiet on our floor we were able to relax and enjoy a movie night. We will like to thank the hotel for putting us in the back in case the baby woke up crying in the middle of the night, it was so considerate for the other guest. Overall what a great family getaway, we will be staying here again in the near future!

Check in was at 3. We got there at 5 after 3 after traveling for 7 hours and was told our room wasn't ready. We kept being told 15 min yet we did not get into our room until almost 4pm! We have 4 kids 5 and under and it was very frustrating.
