It’s a really nice hotel for the price. Overall property is very nice. Beds are comfortable. AC works wonderfully which is rare these days. Great pool & hot tub. Above all the staff is outstanding; quick to offer help & personally (quickly with a smile) brings all you need to your room so you can stay relaxed (this truly is a rare trait for even the best hotels). Staff not only knew my name but my 3 kids as well & always greeted us with a genuine openness. We’ve been here 4 days & it’s been entirely a positive experience.

Great breakfast and pool, and lovely suite to accommodate our family and visiting grandparents. Very convenient to air museum and not too far from city center.

This is a very convenient hotel to take the kids to wings and waves Waterpark. It is very close and it is convenient that they offer a breakfast buffet. The pool area is also great for both kids and adults

The family suite we stayed in was spacious for my family of 5. The tub was clogged called down to the front desk around 7:30am to let them know of the tub situation. Maintenance didn’t show up until after 2:00pm didn’t do any work as my husband was in the restroom at the time. Informed us to call down to the receptionist desk when he gets out did that 10mins later and was told maintenance guy left for the day! Pull out couch was broken so we couldn’t use that either! Fridge had a weird smell so we ended up using our cooler to store our drinks. Carpet looks like it hasn’t been clean in ages! Windows had these marks on them looks like it hasn’t been cleaned too. The pool had dirt on the bottom surface along with the paint chipping! The only thing next to the red lion is a McDonald's. Staff at the front desk were very nice and check in is very quick and easy. Overall this room wasn’t the greatest we’ve stayed before and it wasn’t as bad as this go around! We won’t be staying here again even if it’s closer to the softball field for a tournament!

Our stay here was fine. Overall it was close to our destination and the beds were comfortable. I would only give it 4 stars because there is really no place to eat comfortably in the hotel unless you are at breakfast. The table is the room is very short and there is almost no tables in the lobby. If I was not there with my kid it wouldn’t be a problem but I wish the “family suite” had a place for kids to actually eat. Also the only hand soup they had contained lavender. I asked the front desk if they had any other and they did not. I had to buy my own since I am allergic to lavender

This is an older property but the rooms are clean the beds are comfortable and the kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast choices were the usual types of food. We would definitely stay here again

The beds were very comfy and the room was very clean and smelled great. Two queen beds and a sofa accommodated my family of me, my fiance and our 3 children. The kids loved swimming in the pool, and it was so nice to have breakfast and coffee in the morning.

Several families traveled together here for basketball and booked this hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub. Upon check in, there was a note on the desk stating that the pool was out of order. That should have been disclosed on the website at the time of booking.

Property was great but it was unfortunate the pool heater was broken so the kids couldn’t swim

I stayed 2 nights with my little dog, and our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. As was the entire property, inside and out. Even the pet area was well kept and poop bags readily available. The free breakfast was appointed with a good variety of hot and cold choices and kept spotlessly clean. I will definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Thank you
