Staff was really friendly, and room was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options. The kids had fun in the pool several times. Wish the workout room was more secluded. A little to “public” for working out in.

We had everything we needed. Included breakfast was amazing & my kids loved the waffle maker. I even hit the indoor pool on my last night. Pool was heated & room felt warm while having a view of snow outside. The room service was on point. Always came back to a clean room.

The staff was incredible! They were very attentive, kind, and super friendly! They made my stay very welcoming and comfortable. I enjoyed chatting with them every time I came down to the lobby. This hotel offers breakfast and let me just say the dining area was very clean and the food was prepared very nicely. I enjoyed the waffle making station the most 😋 My room was very clean and I was surprised with how big the room was! Super Spacey, and cozy! I would definitely come stay here again, and will be recommending this hotel to friends and family of mine. It was also in a very great area. I felt very safe walking around outside by myself.

A solid, standard hotel. I've stayed here a few times when visiting. Will likely continue. Occasionally, the room hasn't been ready on time, but the staff is really good about it. It's usually quiet, unless a bunch of children are staying there.

Our nephew was graduating and we need a spot to host a small gathering for a short celebration with family. The staff set up a little area for us and allowed us to decorate and took pictures. They were super understanding and kind. The manager could use the lead of his people a little better but his employees were amazing

Short family trip. A bit further from our final destination than expected, but the drive was scenic through wine country.

I was placed in a room on the 2nd floor DIRECTLY next to the elevator. There was an entire kid's baseball team staying there as well, and I got to listen to all of them getting on and off the elevator. And everyone else who seem to think empty hotel hallways are for yelling.

Our 3 night stay was excellent in many ways We were treated so well by all staff at every turn. Our daughter and family just moved to Keizer and we now have our go to hotel for our visits.

Pros: free breakfast, parking, wifi, gym. Big rooms. Good location. Quiet. Clean. Pool/hot tub. Nice thick pillows. Blow dryer, ironing board, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Lots of plugs by the bed. Heater/ac kept a nice temp. Shower pressure was good. Nice, big TV (even some high-end hotels we've stayed at had crap tv's). Lots of stations including Showtime. Nice decor throughout hotel. Little "convenience store" by the front desk was a nice surprise. Cons: Housekeeping staff knew zero English. Not enough enough to understand extra towels VS fresh towels. We had a two Queen room. One bed was clearly the most used (mine unfortunately) and was very worn. Mattresses are like 18" thick (not exaggerating) and mine sunk to over half when I sat down. Had a hard time sleeping. Which was very disappointing. Breakfast was free but needs work. Pretty ho-hum. Only one person on staff at night so if you need anything you have to go down and get it. Traveling with small children makes that a pain.
