All was good until checkout when I noticed that payment had already been made on my credit card but my credit card also showed that I was going to be charged for the nights stay again. I pointed it out to the desk clerk who said yes it’s coming out on your credit card. I had to tell her 4 times that it had already come out. She finally look at it and realized she was charging me for someone else’s room. She fixed it after that. I feel she should have been more attentive when I first pointed out the error instead of admiring the next family who was checking out. Hotel was clean and comfortable and if you are looking to stay near the hotel while family is at the hospital next door it’s a perfect location. The restaurant next door has great food for breakfast and lunch.

We loved our stay. It was quiet and clean. The pool was heated, which was awesome for our small children.

Breakfast lady was most welcoming and happy to be there. I appreciated her hospitality. Made me want to eat out there for breakfast every morning. Overall good stay for a family. Recommend this hotel.

My stay was good until housekeeping knocked on my door telling me I was supposed to check out. They had made a mistake when I arrived a day early, instead of adding a weekday charge they just moved the days up. They told me I could book another room but wouldn't be able to get in it until after 3pm. I had plans with my grandchildren & couldn't wait. They also couldn't get me the rate I should have been charged because no manager was on duty for the weekend. She said I could pay the $60 higher rate, then try to get refunds through Hotels.com. I packed up & went to the Red Lion across the street for $70 less. I contacted Hotels.com because I was charged for 2 weekend rates but only stayed 1. It's been a week & I haven't heard a thing.

The location was in very close proximity to the museum and water park! And the hotels pool was a hit with the grandkids!!

The property and accommodations were acceptable but the manager on staff deducted from our credit card $250, claiming we smoked in the room. We are smokers but we do not smoke inside our home, vehicles and surely would not smoke inside a motel room with 2 young (5 and 6) grandkids with us. We were going outside to smoke on the road and there were no garbage cans to put the cigarette butts, so instead of dumping them in the parking lot, we were bringing them to our garbage in the room. When they cleaned, they assumed we have smoked in the room, and they charged us $250 for a deep cleaning fee. I would assume their smoke detector would have been set off, but the manager would not let us talk at all. We are fighting the charge at present.

Check-in was the fastest and easiest check-in I've ever experienced! The staff was friendly, the rooms and common areas very clean, the breakfast was great with a large selection. My picky eater kids always found something they would eat and my husband and I loved having something different every morning.

As a family of 4, the room was very comfortable as it was more spacious than the average hotel rooms.
