It was a nice, clean hotel for a family of 4. It wasn't noisy and they had a decent breakfast included each morning in the lobby.

Great little hotel slightly outdated and our room had a funny smell possibly a cleaning product they use? They were very accommodating making sure our 3 family’s were together. Overall very clean and a great breakfast. Close to everything we wanted to do.

It was a great experience for our family. Customer service was great, good breakfast and we enjoyed the pool to cool off. The only thing I notice was there was a cigarette smell in the hallway and elevator other than that we had a great experience.

I could hear through the walls pretty easily (one night there was someone throwing up and another night there was a baby crying) and the ice machine was across the hall and kept waking me up.

Staying at bw mcminvilke was a perfect fit for my family. The pool was open late, the hot tub super hot, and it was 10 minutes to the waterpark. Breakfast was amazing and the stagg was constantly filling the items...can you say unlimited bacon

Kristen who worked the front desk was rude, would not honor the other staffs words that I had spoken to earlier. Would not allow myself nor my aunt staying to speak to a manager. She had all authority & our room was already paid refusing to check my aunt in until I called Expedia & they so kindly took care of the situation to override her decision. A very stressful situation especially since the reason of being there was for a family members funeral. She had no compassion & would talk over us. The room was nice but to have to walk into such hostility & then quickly change to get to the viewing was more than we booked to say the least.

Not the best experience and would not stay again. There was a tied up bag of garbage left in the corner of our room prior to arrival, clearly from the previous guests. All of their ice machines were broken (on multiple floors) and their hot tub jet was broken as well. And the noise!….We were staying on the first floor, basically first room off of the lobby. At about 10:30/11pm, there was an extremely loud group of drunken guests laughing and talking in the hallways/lobby area. It was waking our children and agitating our dog, as I’m sure others were bothered as well. I kept waiting for the front desk staff to intervene, but after a good 10 min I had to call the front desk to ask them to step in.
