It seems to be a family run property, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. We didn't want to stay in a large, busy city, and found this a wonderful place as we travelled through the Portland area.

We were in Newberg to attend a family wedding. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western in Newberg. It was very well kept, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient.

We were surprised with a very nice "suite" room that had a seperate living area with a pullout sleeper sofa. This worked out well since we were travelling with our older teenage son and it gave him a little more privacy. This is a clean and convenient place to stay, especially for GFU families.

Wonderful full breakfast. I had two young kids that had to go to the gym we got kicked out but the afternoon guy did it in a very professional manner. Pool very nice

Rooms are quite dated, but OK. Not sure there’s any insulation between the walls. Lots of noise from kids and inconsiderate guests late at night. For those on the second floor, there’s no elevator. Staff is very nice.

This hotel was great for our family of 4. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, even when we requested extra blankets and coffee pods. There is no elevator, which was not a problem for us, but could be for others. They also had a wonderful breakfast full of options, including frittatas, bacon, biscuits and gravy, and waffles, along with other cold breakfast options, as well. We didn’t use the indoor heated pool, but we would have if there was more time. This was a great, family-friendly hotel in the Newberg area.

My family of 4 kids loved the pool, although not a huge problem the sauna door did not stay shut and let cold air in but the hot tub worked well. The three-bed arrangement in the room was a great option, all six people were able to sleep on the comfy bed. We appreciate the convenience that this location provided on our route to a few destinations in the area.
