Good for a one night stop but don’t book thru a search engine because they will make sure to reiterate that they can do NOTHING because you must go through your “booking” for anything. I witnessed a family with a broken toilet and they were told that maintenance went home so they’ll send them in the morning. He requested ti be moved to another room and sauga just continued…too lengthy to type. FYI. I won’t stay again. Oh….no fan in the bathrooms either which is the strangest thing ever!

It didn't appear to be the cleanest hotel. There seemed to be a lot of old stains on the carpet in our room as well as in the hallway leading to our room. But the size of the room was nice, and bathroom was clean (which is super important to me). The beds are just okay, but I hated the pillows. BUT that's because I hate downfeather. It might be nice to have some stiffer options. I will say, the one thing, that made my really enjoy my stay was all of the staff. All the front desk people we chatted to and met were friendly and helpful. Everyone we came across was genuinely nice and did and offered things that we had not experienced at some of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. We went to breakfast and everyone was sweet and interacting with my two young kids, which really made the whole experience for them. We ended up accidently leaving the crayons and kids menus that my kids had written and drawn on. And hours later, we ran into one of the waitresses (Im not sure if she was a waitress) who had actually saved the kids art and caught up to us to give it back to the kids. It was so sweet. The hotel staff was prompt and so nice when we asked for more pillows and blankets for our room. AND when we checked out, the woman at the front desk asked if we wanted to take crayons and paper for the kids to drawn on for the long ride we had ahead. All in all. It was a really good experience and I would stay there again if just for the customer service!

Very good location close to a family event. Friendly staff & clean. My only criticism would be the towel bar in the shower fell down and the shampoo bottle was not attached to the wall as the shower gel and conditioner were. Not a big deal for me... let staff know when I checked out.

It's always hard traveling with three kids under 5. The staff was beyond amazing interacting with my children. They were very helpful to make sure we were all comfortable and had all our needs met.

Jade at the front desk is awesome. Super sweet. Very clean . The front desk girl at check out was not so warm. I was trying tell her something and she seem to just blow me off. Cool. The pillows weren’t firm I had a few in my car just in case . So I made it work . Also the bathroom didn’t have a fan which can cause a mold build up. But that wasn’t the case in my room. The room was a joined room the people were loud but Jade to the rescue lol. She helped to make them chill out. The baby cried all night. Again small things and things out of my control. But the place is awesome to stay at.

Hotel is clean. Beds are comfortable. Hotel is located in business area so felt safe. Fred Meyers, Starbucks and a family restaurant are all within a few mins. The night staff was not friendly nor helpful, but the morning staff was wonderful, polite and helpful.

A/C doesn’t work after reaching set limit, which caused no air circulation and lot of suffocation. I was told to provide fan after contacting front desk, but that never happened. Entire my family couldn’t sleep properly during our stay for 4 days. I never recommend this hotel
