I booked the hotel room via Expedia. When I (and my family) tried to check-in, I was told my reservation was for the day before and that I was charged as a “no show”. When I presented my confirmation information that I was given my Expedia, they would not accept it. They stated that their records show I was a “no show” the night before. After finally talking to a real person at Expedia, they called the hotel and the problem was resolved. Expedia claims the hotel made a mistake, and given all the details (which are too numerous to detail here) I believe Expedia is correct. So, we were finally given a room, without apology for the delay. The stay was good, other than the check-in.

This hotel was by far our favorite as a family of 4 with two teen boys. We were in a 2 bedroom suite and it was awesome. It was clean and spacious. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had and it changed every morning. The service from the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful

The bed was hard as a rock. The linens were terrible. No one slept well. They only clean every 4 days on request and always seemed to arrive when kids were sleeping. Breakfasts was the best part. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The beds and house keeping made this a never again for my family.

Great stay at this hotel. The manager was very accommodating and let us do late check out. Perfect hotel for families, we got a two room suite and that was great as the kids had their own room. Also very conveniently located to nearby stores. Place is showing a little wear, it’s older but was very clean. Would stay here again for sure.

My room was great. I needed a last minute room and hotels.com came through. It was a huge accessible room, comfortable and clean. The only complaint is the noise level from the room above which had loud/rambunctious kids and a barking dog. Went on from 930-1030p. But I called the front desk and they made a call to the other guests. Also there was some sort of banging and men talking around my room at 12:30a. Towels and bedding were super clean and soft. This is super rare for most hotels it seems. I felt very safe and comfortable as a solo female traveler.
