You really enjoyed our stay and we love that we had a great view of Mount Hood, our kids especially thought it was really neat to stay at the top floor. We consistently were impressed with how kind and knowledgeable the staff were. I went on several trail runs and at the recommendation of the staff, found some wonderful Parks and trails to hit up.

Great customer service, sorry, we could not enjoy our stay. We had to leave early. A family member had a mental health crisis.

This is family-oriented place. Very clean and so convenient because it is close to the Korean restaurants. And it’s just 20 minutes away from downtown Portland.

This amazing team went above and beyond for our basketball team during our stay. From the front desk team, to the manager, the valet team and the bartender, our stay could not have been better. We were treated like royalty and plan on returning in the near future! Thank you Hyatt team for treating us like your own family! It will not be forgotten. 😊
