DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Portland - Tigard

I just don’t like how it clean and how they charge you and plus no more free breakfast anymore. $11 per adults and kid $8 so sad.

A fairly basic Hotel. Walk in shower and toilet in one room, Separate washing station. Micro fridge, coffee maker, and microwave oven. Two beds, one desk, nightstand, and no separate sitting area. a 2 or low 3 star hotel. What really disappoints is that breakfast is $11 per person $6 per child for the same quality that is free at Best Western. The bottled water is $2 for a 16oz bottle or $4 for a 24oz bottle. Nothing is complimentary save for the cookies at check in.

Our room was given away. Computers were down. The clerk tried to put us in a room that was already occupied. My daughter (15) had to sleep on a couch on Christmas. We could not leave our room because there were no key cards. We were offered free breakfast coupons even though I had paid for breakfast with our reservation. I went down for breakfast before my family and forgot my coupon and was told I had to pay for breakfast because they had no record of the purchase. The breakfast wasn’t stocked. Whenever anyone complained to have more food brought out, the front desk just said “sorry” and did nothing even though there were two people at the desk. Paid for breakfast twice and ended up eating at the food court at the mall. Not a pleasant holiday this year. They had power, but I guess they couldn’t make the cookies we had booked that specific hotel for. I sound like a Karen, but it was really that bad.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable a single mother traveling with 4 kids fit beautifully in the room. Wish there was a hot tub with the pool but the pool was nice to have. The floor of the pool was a bit rough and two kiddos scraped their toes on it

No pool, no breakfast, no service. 4 adult and 7 kids disappointed.

Don't stay here if you have small children. Any noise will be not tolerated.

Great customer service. easy and friendly check in. The receptionist even had a few great ideas on what to do in the are for small children.

arrived at hotel 12:30am to find the computers were "updating", ended up waiting 45 min to get a room key and make it to my room at 1:15am. Isn't there some "offline" procedure for that, so people don't have to wait that long? Had a very long day, a trip to the children's ER for my son, and only stayed there because I had to get back to work early the next morning and home was far away. I was given a free breakfast coupon, which I had no time to use in the morning since I had to work early. Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, nice place, just the check in wait ruined it for me.

It was great! Rooms were clean and a little bigger than what you typically see. Our room even had a two person couch and coffee table! Also, they gave us complementary cookies that were so good! I'll definitely be staying here again the next time we visit family in Portland

Clean rooms, walls a bit thin you could hear other people next door. We got woken open in the middle of the night from next door baby crying. Toilet was so noisy when flushing the toilet. Room service breakfast was really good.
