We chose this location based on the proximity to Lake Oswego and another shopping area for our kids. The hotel was close to the things we enjoy and the room was clean, spacious, and priced well.

We stayed one night here. The room was spacious, however the bathtub was filthy with a bandaid stuck to the shower curtain! The walls were super thin and all night long we could hear doors slamming, kids yelling, and people above us. Pool was good size but didnt appear to be heated. Hot tub was nice and clean.Breakfast was the best part. Many choices

We stayed in family suite, it was huge! Very clean, all amenities! The staff was prompt on response and very nice! We loved it! We ONLY stay at Best Western! We will be back to the one on Bangy again!

Check in time is 4 pm, we arrived at 7 pm and were told our room wasn’t ready. We have to wait until 8:30pm to check in. There was no communication about this ahead of time. With 2 children under 4 years old, this was a huge inconvenience. The pool was in absolutely disgusting condition, the hot tub didn’t work. The bathtub was stained and the floors in the room were so dirty out bare feet turned black. Apparently they decided that because they upgraded us to a room with 3 beds (we did not ask for this, nor did we need 3 beds), they don’t owe us any partial refund for our wasted time and the cleanliness issues.

Had trouble with kids above us jumping up and down on the floor (our ceiling) creating noise well past midnight (wonder where the parent(s) were). Staff was gracious to move us to another room. Room decor was very dark with early 70s type of decor, need to modernize the rooms.

It was clean, and pretty quiet considering how close we were to the hwy. my family did feel the breakfast was pretty disappointing, but that was the only thing we didn’t like. Overall it was pretty good and we’d stay here again.

Room has lot of dust it seems. 4 of us including 2 kids were continuously coughing while in the room but was absolutely fine outdoors. Toilet flush doesn’t work 2nd time. Had to wait for atleast 10min for 2nd time use. Taps on the sink are too hard to turn. Stayed for 2 night but no room service/cleaning was done
