We had two rooms. The one room was dated but OK. The other room which we requested to be with a walk in shower had mold and looked grungy. I have pictures which I intend to send to corporate. To top off the weirdness in this supposedly handicap accessible room, there was a jacuzzi style soaker tub IN THE BEDROOM. Now 1) someone requesting a walk in shower would find a jacuzzi impossible to use and 2) who the heck wants a tub in the carpeted bedroom instead of a chair or couch? Add to that the elevator had been out of order since 11/13 (we were there 12/1-4). We won’t be back. It was convenient for visiting our family nearby; but not worth the ugh factor!

Biridiana was amazing for breakfast..she had things coming out before things ran out, she cleaned tables as soon as people left so someone else could sit, cleaned things off the floor once it fell, and made sure that parents were tending to their kids. All staff made us feel welcomed and would definitely come back to this hotel. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable and comfortable.

Night manager refused to take direct and timely action to remove party that nearly crashed into our car, in what was likely a stolen sprinter van, then attempted to assault me and my wife. Had to involve police and leave property for safety of personal property and persons. Intended stay was 3 day vacation to see family.

We were expecting a call today from the General Manager and did not receive one, after someone was smoking in a room near us. I am extremely upset with this situation…We had to leave our room at 6:00 am and ask for a fan from the front desk because our infant was crying and choking on smoke. The room was so smoky that all of our clothes smelt like smoke. Horrible, horrible stay.

Everything was wonderful!! Only thing my hubby and kids were disappointed about was no French toast during breakfast. lol!! We read in Yelp that several people mentioned French toast (no French toast), which was totally fine by me since I'm really not a French toast person. lol! Overall, everything was wonderful! Rooms were clean and so comfortable....staff were extremely friendly, breakfast was good, etc. We would definitely stay here again if ever we're in the Portland area!
